Underwater Oven is covered under the Texas Cottage Food Law

The pricing listed on the Pricing page is a base line price. This can change for each order depending upon complexity of design, colors, cookie size, gilding, and other factors for cookies.

Orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week (7 days) in advance.

For large orders (4 dozen or over), please allow a minimum of 2 weeks prior to pickup date.

Order Pick Up: Pickup will be discussed upon placement of order and will be in the 77381 zip code area.

Delivery: Orders can be delivered but will have an additional $0.50/mile to destination and back.

Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of your invoice being received. Orders will not be started until payment is received.

A Rush Fee will be added to any order placed 7 days or less from the order due date. This fee will be $10 or 20% of the order, whichever is the larger amount. This is subject to change when larger orders are considered.

Once picked up or delivered, Underwater Oven is no longer liable for the state of the cookies or cupcakes purchased. This includes transference from a third party.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be given for any orders canceled 4 days before delivery. No Refund will be available 3 days or less. All purchases are non-transferable.
Underwater Oven reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
