Underwater Oven is the brainchild of Sam Peterson who married her passion for creatures of the sea with her desire to share her creative baking obsession. While working offshore as an Observer, Sam's focus is on ensuring the health and safety of protected marine species. When she is not deployed at sea, Sam is able to bring joy to those who are celebrating their special occasions by crafting custom cookie creations and raising awareness about her offshore work while working local farmers markets across the greater Houston area.
